Cirlare understands that you need professional and worry-free support for your infrastructure. We have made updates for our support options. The new Cirlare Total Care IT management means fixed cost, less paper work, faster and expanded coverage. There is no more wasting time to get approvals, just straight to answers. A flat rate is charged for your entire organization. The flat rate is calculated by adding up the total number of machines at your organization and factor in the network complexity. The flat rate is derived from the current average salary of a system administrator divided by fifty (forty machines is the average number that a single sysadmin is responsible of). Then a discount percentage is then added according to your information technology complexity. Flat rate for your organization IT support means a fixed budget. These benefits apply as long as the Total Care support is active:
- Unlimited support on your IT infrastructure. If we can not take care of a problem remotely we will come onsite within the SLA.
- Monitor, audit and maintenance for your entire infrastructure. For details, see maintenance.
- Includes centralized data backup.
- Software environment updates as the original manufacturer releases them.
- Service level agreement (SLA) of within 36 hours. (as of 2007 our actual SLA response time is within 7 hours)
- Mandatory minimum of 1 onsite visit per month (visual inspection of your infrastructure). Additional visits as needed are also included.
- Warranty includes both hardware and software on the machines. Hardware are warranted by their manufactures, labor to install and replacement will be covered by us. Server environment designed and built by us are warranted for three years from the date of commission.

- Instead of having just one system administrator in house, with our support plan, you have a team of engineers who will support your IT infrastructure. We currently hold these industry certifications:
- Cisco: CCIE: Routing and Switching; CCIE: Security; CCNP; CCNA; Cisco PIX Specialist.
- Microsoft: MCSE; MCSE: Security; MCSA; MCP.
- CompTIA: A+; Network+; Security +; Server +.
- You do not pay benefits such as health insurance, 401k, disability, social security, vacation, etc. with Cirlare Total Care that you otherwise must with an in house system administrator.
